Team Inboxes
A WorkflowTitan subscription comes with a team inbox feature, where you can manage multiple team inboxes. A team inbox can be created for each team in your WorkflowTitan account, as long as one exists within your organization's domain. A team inbox can be created by following the steps below:
Select 'teams' -> 'team email'
Select the 'email' button from the team which you would like to set up an inbox for.
Click on the 'settings' icon in the top right corner of the page.
Select 'mailbox information.'
Enter the team email address you wish to forward from your provider.
Click 'save changes.'
Click the icon for 'mailbox setup info,' for information on how to connect your DNS records, TXT record, and CNAME record. Usually the IT department within your organization will know how to configure these settings.
When your team inbox has been configured, you will get notifications when a new email has entered your inbox. From the home page dashboard, there is a mail icon above the calendar view. When you have unviewed email notifications, this icon will change colors to indicate that it is time to check your team inbox.
You and team members with accesss can send and reply to emails directly from your inbox in WorkflowTitan, close threads, and create/assign tasks from an email.
