# Subscription Management

WorkflowTitan will automatically upgrade/downgrade your system when you add or remove a member. To learn how to add or remove a member, please see the page labeled, "Team Members." You will always be charged the right amount for the number of members in your account.

To manage your subscription, go to settings -> manage your subscription

**Please note that only the admin can access the sign up page, sign up for a subscription, cancel the account, or add and remove members.**
